Once you receive your product(s) and you have not OPENED the packaging, you must contact Three Dimensional Publishing by phone or E-Mail no later than 10 days of receiving product(s). To return your purchase to Three Dimensional Publishing, you must have a RMA Number. Three Dimensional Publishing will not accept any returns without a RMA Number. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once we have received your product and concluded that the product has not been opened, we will then process your refund minus the shipping cost.Exchange

The exchange must be of the same price or more. If the exchange is less than the original purchase, we will give you store credit. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.Damaged Goods
If the product such as books, inventors series, math packs, or videos are damaged, we will replace the item with a replacement of the the same item.
Damaged Software
Most of our clip art packages do not require any installation. If the disk or CD is damaged, and will not work on your computer, we will replace the Cd or disk with a replacement disk or CD only. Sometimes, customers are not aware that some files are not compatible with MAC computer programs. If you are a MAC user, please check to see what files your programs can import before purchasing the clip art.No Refunds On Clip Art
We do not provide refunds of our clip art purchases. Only under special conditions we will credit back to a customer's account, minus the service fee we are charged by our credit card processor. To receive the above refund, you must contact 3dpublishing.com to obtain a RMA# no later than 5 business days to after your purchased your product.
